I am writing in response to your request relating to diabetes.

Please be advised that the we are an acute hospital Trust and as such would not collate data on diabetes diagnosis for the county of Lincolnshire. You may be able to obtain this information through the primary care trust (NHS Lincolnshire).

If you are unhappy with the way the Trust has handled your request, you are entitled to raise this through the Trust's complaints procedure, by writing to the Chief Executive at the address above. Should you remain dissatisfied following this, you can further raise the issue with the Information Commissioner.
