FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - Application for Internal review - Information on number of compromise agreements have been signed by teachers and head teachers with a result of these members of staff loosing or leaving their jobs since September 2004

I acknowledge receipt today via Michael Warby of Camden's Freedom of Information Team, of your request of 3 December 2009 constituting an application for an Internal review.

The Panel is considering your request.

It has been listed provisionally for a meeting of the Panel on 15 December 2009.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions that may prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the case, including your rights of appeal.
