Dear A Smith,

Thank you for your enquiry of 24 October in which you have requested details of all backdated Child Benefit claims made to HSMP participants by the Home Office and all correspondence between the Home Office and HMRC relating to Child Benefits for HSMP participants.

We have received 4 compensation claims which include elements of Child Benefit totalling £4,144.00. No payments have been made to date. There has been no correspondence between the Home Office and HMRC relating to Child Benefits for HSMP participants hence no information is held.
