Dear Mr Johnston,
Freedom of Information Act - Request for Information
Our Reference: FOI 2163
I am writing to advise you that the time-limit for responding to your request for information needs to be extended.
It is occasionally necessary to extend the 20 working day time limit for issuing a response. In the case of your request, I need to extend the time limit because the information you have requested is not readily available and is taking longer then anticipated to collate.
Accordingly, I hope to let you have a response by the 7th of December at the latest.
Please accept my apologies for this delay.
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.
Yours Sincerely
DWP Central FOI team
