I am writing to confirm that the Trust has now finished its search for the information you requested, which was as follows:-
I would like to request your trust's most recent hand hygiene policy.
Please find attached the Trust's policy “Hand Decontamination”, together with “Guidelines for the Successful Decontamination of Hands”.
