Dear Mr Sittampalam,

I am writing further to our previous correspondence concerning your request for copies of agreements relating to Home Office grants to the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO).

I understand that you have made a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about the response which I sent to you on 16 April 2010 and the subsequent internal review.  It has since become apparent that the material which I sent to you on 16 April was incomplete because of omissions caused by the scanning process.  I enclose a correct version of the affected documents (with the exception of the UK Central Authority for the Exchange of Criminal Records document,, for which I have only enclosed the missing appendices due to the size of the entire document which is already in your possession. I can provide a full version if more convenient) and apologise for the error. We do not consider that we could provide any more information within the cost limit. We have explained our reasoning on this point in full to the ICO, who will be in touch with you in due course.

I am copying this letter and the enclosures to the ICO.
