Dear Blue

Re: Freedom of Information Requests 4405, 4480, 4525, 4535, 4537

I am writing with regard to the above requests that you have submitted to the Council.

These requests for information will not be processed.

This is because the aggregated cost of providing you with the information will exceed the “appropriate limit” as stated in the Freedom of Information (Fees and Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004

It is estimated that it would cost £750 to comply with these requests. This falls outside of the “appropriate limit” of £450.

I note that we have also spent 41.5 hours in the previous 60 working days on responding to requests from you, which we have not included in our aggregation calculations on this occasion.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 17 this letter acts as a Refusal Notice.

You have the right of appeal against this decision. If you wish to appeal please set out in writing your grounds of appeal and send to the address at the top of this letter.

Should you still be dissatisfied with the outcome of any such complaint you have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner, pursuant to section 50 of the FOIA. The contact details are:
