Baby P case and subsequent review requested by Lord Laming. What
mandatory procedures are in place that insure an accurate and truly
independent review is carried out by the Councils'.
Regrettably we are unable to provide an answer to your data request
today as we had hoped to. We apologise for this oversight and we

However we would like to seek clarification on your request as we
are
unsure whether you are referring specifically to serious case
reviews or
another type of review councils may undertake. I would be grateful
