20 MPH scheme for Old Town Swindon - Wiltshire Police Authority Submissions

I understand that Wiltshire Police Authority ("WPA") have submitted
opinion(s) to Swindon Council on the proposed 20 mph scheme for Old
Town, Swindon and in particular, regarding the inclusion of
Westlecot Road, Springfield Road and Mill Lane within the scheme.

I request a copy of that submission and any other submissions,
letters, emails or other communications which WPA have had with
Swindon Council, or with any other interested party (including in
particular any with Halcrow in their role as consultants to Swindon
Council) regarding the above 20 mph scheme for Old Town Swindon.
