A request for timescale from you for the information sought was sent to yourself via email 
on the 16th October 2009 causing your Freedom of Information request to be suspended 
until we received this from you and until that time the statutory 20 work day period would 
commence again. 
 
I am writing to inform you that we have not received the Time scale asked in order for us to 
continue processing your Freedom of Information request from yourself and are taking it 
that you no longer wish us to purse this matter therefore your Freedom of Information 
request will now be closed as of the 9th December 2009.
