I am writing to acknowledge your request for information dated 13th October 2009 which has been dealt with under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Section 1(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 places an obligation on a public authority to inform in writing any person making a request as to whether it holds the information.

The Council does not have any off licences that are open 24 hours within the Borough of Northampton.

The Council therefore does not hold any information and is unable to proceed with your request.

This is not a refusal notice as there is no information to refuse to release

The disclosure to you of the enclosed information does not give you a right to reproduce or publish such information without the express permission of Northampton Borough Council or any other owners of the copyright therein. To do so you will need a licence under the `Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005'.

If you consider the Council has not provided the information you have requested you have the right to challenge that decision in respect of your information request within 6 months.
