Your email to the Council dated 16 November 2009.
We are sorry that you found our response to your information access request (Ref: IAR-002483) unsatisfactory.
We have now entered your complaint into the Council's Complaints Procedure for dealing with information access requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
The Council now has 20 working days in which to investigate your complaint so a response will be sent to you on or before 15 December 2009.
We will keep you informed of any changes to the timescale.
