2011 Census & Lockheed Martin

Dear UK Statistics Authority,

Please find enclosed another draft of the demand for information I
requested on 26 Feb 2011 which has been totally dishonoured and
ignored.

FOI request sent to you below

Dear UK Statistics Authority,

I am making a formal request for the following information with
regards to the 2011 Census...

1 - Who made the final decision to award the US Military Contractor
Lockheed Martin the contract to collect and collate and process all
the information obtained from the UK population in the upcoming
2011 Census?

2- Considering the economic state of the UK finances why was the
£500 Million Census contract given to a US company and not a UK
company?

3-As it is unlawful for the British Government to deal with
criminal activities or those who partake in unlawful and illegal
practices....why was Lockheed Martin chosen?

4- Lockheed Martin have been found guilty of the following....

a,Illegally and Unlawfully spying on individuals and countries

b,Unlawfully and Illegally collecting and harvesting personal and
commercial data, secrets and information in direct breech of
sovereign and international law for financial gain.

c,Pro-actively lobbying for the Unlawful wars in Iraq and
Afghanistan for financial gain.( as many as 1 Million innocent
men,women and children have lost their lives as both a direct and
indirect result of this)

d,Manufacturing weapons of mass destruction ( Nuclear,Biological
and Chemical).

4...continued, as a result of the above a to d Unlawful and Illegal
actions what is the lawful reason that any living breathing
sovereign being in the UK is bound by to take part in the 2011
Census?

5- Will the information collected in the 2011 Census be used to
formulate any new taxes or increase old ones ?

6-Will any of the information collected in the 2011 Census be used
to formulate any Social Engineering policies?

7-As a living breathing, free and sovereign being bound only by
Natural Law ( Natural Law or Common Law is the highest law in the
UK and not Statute Law)what lawful authority do you think, assume
or presume to have over anyone to make them take part in the 2011
Census?

"Legislation is not the law, and the law is not legislation"

"authority over another sovereign being without their consent is
TYRANNY and is therefore Unlawful"

"any demands backed by coercive threat of force,financial
penalty,loss of liberty and freedom are Unlawful"

"everyone has equal standing, only with another's consent can you
have authority over them"

If this request is dishonoured again I will be contacting the
relevant authorities and take this much further up the chain.

Dear UK Statistics Authority,

This is now the SECOND TIME you have DISHONOURED and IGNORED my
request for information under the Freedom Of Information with
regards to the above original request.

This I can only assume is down to a directive/policy handed down
from upper management to delay or ignore any deep asking questions
with regards to the fraudulent, dishonest and I imagine illegal
operating of the Census 2011.

Therefore I am contacting you to advise you that instead of asking
for an internal revue ( I am still waiting for the first one to be
completed, and am not going to hold my breath ) I intend to make a
FULL and FORMAL COMPLAINT to the Information Commissioners Office
with regards to the conduct of the UK Statistics Authority in this
matter.

P.S - The UK Statistic Authority and the Government are on public
record stating that Lockheed Martin will never and cannot access
any of the information contained in peoples Census replies......but
upon checking who owns the IP Address for the online Census , the
IP Address is owned and registered to LOCKHEED MARTIN.....how do
you explain that ?????
