Dear Gary,
Thank you for your recent e-mail where you have requested the decile and
quartile ages of Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer migrants being sponsored
to enter the UK in 2010.
Given the dataset we are working with it is not feasible to convert the
information into Decile and Quartile ranges. Please confirm if you are
happy to receive a list detailing the ages of migrants at the date of
COS used and an associated count of migrants for each age. We are
intending to base the response on COS Used Out of Country from 01.01.10
- 31.12.10 as your request relates to "migrants being sponsored to enter
the UK".
I would be grateful if you would confirm that the above falls within the
scope of information you require and clarify that you are happy with the
data source being used. When you provide this information we will aim to
send you a full response to your request within 20 working days of its
receipt. I look forward to hearing from you shortly. However, please
note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your request
within three months from the date of this letter, I will consider this
request to be closed.
Kind regards
Sandra
