Dear Sir or Madam,

I am conducting a survey regarding mail volumes and request, under
the current FOI regulations, information from Northampton Borough
Council regarding the following:

• Total 2010 outbound mail volumes for First Class;
• Total 2010 outbound mail volumes for Second Class;
• Total 2010 outbound mail volumes for Special delivery;
• Total 2010 outbound mail volumes for ‘other'categories such as
International, parcels and DX
