This information is held by London Borough of Hounslow. My reply as follows

Name of Contractor-Ringway Management Services Ltd, Albion House, Springfield Road, Horsham, RH12 2RW

Name of those responsible for hiring the Contractor- London Borough of Hounslow. Ringway won the tender for micro surfacing works for the Borough as per London Borough of Hounslow Tender Procedures.

Name of person who signed off the job- Anura Wijesekera Area Engineer for the area.
