Dear Woking Borough Council,
Further to the second anniversary of St Dunstan's Church,
Shaftesbury Road, Woking please provide the following:
1. A copy of the Travel Plan submitted to WBC for the 2009/2010
year;
2. Supporting data to show how any average numbers in the report
have been calculated;
3. The number of special services held throughout the year which
have necessitated a police presence to help manage parking;
4. The number of occasions on which parishioners have been reminded
of the church's parking obligations via the Parish weekly
newsletter;
5. Supporting data to clearly demonstrate that the objective of
reducing car movements by 10% in 5 years since the date of opening
is on target.
