2006 ad hoc survey of park home sites in England
Ross Mackenzie made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Communities and Local Government
The request was successful.
From: Ross Mackenzie
25 April 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
On the 20th April 2009, Iain Wright said, "The 2006 ad hoc survey
of park home sites in England has now been placed in the Library"
in response to a reminder in the House from Andrew George on the
same day. On searching the House of Commons Library today - the
25th April - I found an entry for this document under the title
"DEP2009-1151 Commons 20/04/2009 Dept for Communities and Local
Government - DEP2009-1151.XLS". However, on searching the indicated
location for this document, the document was flagged as "Missing".
As a Mobile Home Association Vice Chairman this information is of
great importance to me and I would appreciate sight of it as soon
as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Ross Mackenzie

Dear Mr Mackenzie
Thank you for your e-mail request of 25 April.
I am replying to let you know that the survey you requested was supplied
to the House of Commons Library by Communities and Local Government for
public availability and we were informed on 8 April that it would be
placed in the libraries. As this information is available in the public
domain, your request is not being treated as a Freedom of Information
request.
Kind regards,
Samya.

Dear Samya Muddathir,
Your prevarication does you credit in your chosen profession.
However, would you now please re-read my original request? You've
just told me that someone else in your department has said that the
document I requested, "DEP2009-1151 Commons 20/04/2009 Dept for
Communities and Local Government - Title: DEP2009-1151.XLS", would
be placed in the libraries on April 8th. But I specifically told
you that it was missing from the library - even though its location
(DEP2009-1151) was indeed listed.
May I please have a copy of this document e-mailed or snail-mailed
to me in the near future? As far as I'm aware it is not marked
'Confidential' or on an 'Eyes Only' list.
Sincerely,
Ross Mackenzie
