I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 22/03/2010. I note you seek
access to the following information:

** I would like the full documentation regarding the break down of
the **1 million pounds you spend on hotel bill each year.

This is to inform you that I cannot identify any specific records /
documents that will satisfy your request based on the details you have
provided. To enable the MPS to meet your request could you please provide
this office with further information. I provide some guidance that may
assist you more clearly describe the information you require:

You haven't specified a time period in which you want the information for.
Please let us know the time period so we can continue with this request,
for example, January 2005- December 2009.

After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered and you
will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of
20 working days, subject to the information not being exempt or containing
a reference to a third party.

However, if the requested additional information has not been received by
23rd June 2010 I will assume you no longer wish to proceed with this

* Could you advise the source of the **1m figure i.e. was it from a
document published by the MPS. If so, what was the title of that
document?
* What do you mean by 'full documentation'?
* Can you clarify what you mean by 'The information was asked for by the

request?

After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered and you

apologise for the delay in responding to you. I note you seek access to
the following information:

information was asked for by the Travelodge and was given, some of the

Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within the MPS
to locate information relevant to your request.

EXTENT OF SEARCHES TO LOCATE INFORMATION
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted
within Human Resources.

RESULT OF SEARCHES
I have located the previous request which you specified in your
clarification. However, my searches have shown that no information was
sent in response to the request for the year 05/06. The specified
information you have requested in therefore not held by the MPS.

Should you wish to request this information this could be dealt with as a
new request. Please let me know if you would like me to go ahead with
this.
