1 Hemingford Road, Cambridge

Richard Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Cambridge City Council

The request was successful.

From: Richard Taylor

29 October 2011

Dear Cambridge City Council,

Please would you release all correspondence, including emails, sent
to and from the council over the last year relating to 1 Hemingford
Road, Cambridge, and other residential rented properties owed and
managed by the same individual/family.

I expect there may be material relating to:

1. Planning enforcement.
2. Planning advice
3. Arrangements for speaking at the October 2011 meeting of the
East Area Committee.
4. Environmental health and/or "anti-social behaviour" reports,
investigations and enforcement.
5. Housing standards / HMO licensing enforcement.
6. Council Tax

I expect there may be correspondence between the council, the
landlord, the property manager, tenants, neighbours and perhaps
others.

My request does not extend to those comments on planning
applications which are available to me via the council's website;
though I would like an assurance that all comments, including those
made via the web, are in fact available online.

Dear Cambridge City Council,

Many thanks for your response to my FOI request.

I would like to request an internal review in relation to just one
specific part of the request/response.

I would like the internal review to look into if all emails to/from
the owners/managers of 1 Hemingford
Road, Cambridge on the subject of the arrangements for speaking at
the October 2011 meeting of the
East Area Committee have in fact been released.

I would expect the messages in question to have been sent to/from
democratic services officers and planning enforcement officers,
particularly Alison Twyford.

If during the review further correspondence is located within the
scope of my original request I would of course like that to be
released following the review too.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Mr Taylor

Having spoken to colleagues within the council following your email, I believe that I have located the information that you noted may be missing from your Freedom of Information request. This information is attached.

It would appear that one of our officers missed this information when completing the checks of their files.

For this, the council apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.

In light of this, do you wish Mr Horspool to continue his review?

Best regards
