Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please find enclosed a response to your request:

In response to question one, This information would be held by individual schools and therefore requests should be made direct to individual schools.

In response to question two, Complaints concerning a teacher would go through the schools own complaints procedure. This information is not collated by the Local Authority. Requests should be made direct to individual schools. The Local Authority has no record of any parent making direct contact with the Local Authority to complain about the party membership of any school employee nor the expression of political views in schools.
