Dear Department for Transport,

Please can you publish the 1994 SACTRA report on induced traffic -
Trunk Roads and the Generation of Traffic - on the DfT website.

It is a very important report and its lessons are still not being
learned within Government. It is not available anywhere on the
internet.

Yours faithfully,

Rebecca Lush Blum

Dear Ms Lush Blum

The 'Trunk roads and the generation of traffic' report is available at
[1]http://www.dft.gov.uk/publications/trunk...

The quality and accessibility of this old scanned document is somewhat
lacking. We are, however, trying to source a better quality copy to
replace this version.

Regards
