FOI Request no:2009-016039
9th October 2009 |
Dear Sir/Madam
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON MINISTERIAL HOSPITALITY EVENTS EXPENDITURE OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS
Thank you for your request for information relating to the expenditure for ministerial hospitality events over the past two years (October 2007 - September 2009), which we received on 8th October 2009. Your request has been handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
The Scottish Parliament has provided the venue for a number of ministerial hospitality events during this period. However, the specific cost information you have requested is not held by us and therefore we cannot provide it to you. The reason for this is because the Scottish Government hosts the ministerial hospitality events and therefore pays all the relevant costs.
If you wish to make a freedom of information request to the Scottish Government, the address details at the following link may be helpful.

We would welcome feedback or comment on how we handled your request. Please feel free to contact the FOI Specialist at The Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh, EH99 1SP or by e-mail at [Scottish Parliament request email]
