Further to your Freedom of Information request email dated Saturday, 23 August 2008, received on Tuesday, 26 August 2008, and my acknowledgement dated 3 September.
I write to advise that due to the complexity of your request and the number of services gathering the data, the Council is unable to respond to your request within the 20 day limit laid down by the Freedom of Information Act.
However, the Council intends to respond to your request by 7 October, and if possible before this date.
