I am writing to advise you on the outcome of your request for information.

Please supply the Local Authority response made to Graham Badman's call on 17 September 2009 for further evidence regarding the Report into Home Education.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide the information you have requested. This is because Thurrock did not respond to Graham Badman's call on 17 September for further evidence regarding the report into Home Education.

If you are unhappy with the Council's decision you can make a complaint via our complaints procedures and this will be looked into. A copy of the complaints procedure is available on request. If you are not happy with the out come of your complaint you may appeal to the Information Commissioner.
