Re: Your request for information
Thank you for your email dated 13th January. As the information you requested is not
personal or environmental it has been processed in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
I have investigated your request and can confirm the following.
In contradiction of our previous responses to you on this matter, it has come to light
that this Authority did in fact respond to the September request for information from
the DCSF.
Please find attached a copy of the response provided. For information, the response
to the DCSF was compiled and issued by our Ms. K. Marron, Head of Curriculum &
Strategy.
We would offer our sincere apologies for the incorrect information previously supplied
and would like to take this opportunity to state that this office responded to you on the
basis that the information supplied to us was correct. It is clear that on this occasion it
was not.
Most of the information that we provide in response to Freedom of Information Act
2000 requests will be subject to copyright protection. In most cases the copyright will
be owned by Nottingham City Council. The copyright in other information may be
