Thank you for your email dated 11th December 2009 which was received by this office on 14th December 2009.
I can confirm that all the relevant paperwork has been passed to Mrs Stephanie Pearson who is the officer responsible for reviewing all appeals under FOIA.
A response will be sent to you as soon as possible and in any case within the statutory deadline which is 20 working days starting the working day after this authority received your appeal.
