Freedom of Information Act Request re Hire of Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
Thank you for your request received in this office on 7th October 2009.
Using the numbering of your original request the information you requested is:
Pembrokeshire County Council do not hire the Magistrates Court. We apply for a hearing by making complaint to the Magistrates, a hearing is arranged by the Court at which Council makes application for liability orders in respect of outstanding balances for which summonses have been issued.

Liability orders are requested & awarded in accordance with the provisions of the Council Tax (Administration and Enforcement) Regulations 1992 & Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) Regulations 1989.
