RE: Freedom of Information Request 77676
I write in reference to your recent request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in which you requested the following information from 2008:
The total number of parking penalty charge notices issued by council officers to vehicles bearing a registration from the Isle of Man.
The total number of penalty charge notices issued to vehicle registrations from the Isle of Man was 13
The number of those penalty charge notices for which enquiries as to the registered keeper of the vehicle were not successful.
The number of cases where enquiries for the registered keeper were not successful was 12
The number of those penalty charge notices which have not been paid
The number of those penalty charges which have not been paid was 12
As an addendum to your request the council can confirm that one person paid their fine on first issuance of the penalty notice.
