Dear Pors Tonith

Re: Freedom of Information Request 4444

Thank you for your recent request to the Council. You asked to be provided with the following information:

  1. Can I ask on what evidence Cllr Chalkley attributes the 'siphoning' of council taxpayers cash to the Albanian Mafia?

  2. Has anyone other than Albanians been arrested for taking money from cash meters?

  3. Can I ask if the Council considers this comment inflammatory at best and perhaps racist at the extreme and does this breach any code of conduct?

  4. Lastly, Cllr Chalkley states there is a Communications Plan for the extension scheme to other parts of the City, can we have this plan he refers to in the document please?
