Responding to my request on 30 September 2009 for clarification, particularly to point 8 you supplied the following clarification

To clarify I'm interested in any discussion/meeting at which David Hendon discussed matters related to 121Media/Phorm advertising systems, or the Government's response to the European Commission's recent infringement proceedings.

The Department has completed its search for the information you asked for. I shall answer your points separately.
