I called up Mr S Rich and explained that there wouldn't be any temporary bays for Mount Street as there was only 5 residents bays and P& D bays been suspended.

He claims he spoke with the head of parking and will write to him over this matter.

Polite gentleman just upset no new temp bays were allowed.
