Dear Mr Freeman,

FOI request re CAFCASS and Kent County Council

Thank you for your email of 29 September 2009 requesting information about all information that has lead to this decline in children services and answer the following FOI requests. http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a_serving_borough_councillor_who#comment-5373

Can you please provide details of how many complaints received about unlawful practices of Judges and Council SS Legal Team (children social services), barrister's etc Cafcass Legal teams etc, regarding Children taken into `care' by Kent County Council. Your request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am writing to advise you that Communities and Local Government does not hold the information that you requested. However, it may be held by the Department for Children Schools and Families (DCSF). Should you wish to apply to that public authority for this information you may do so by sending your request to [email address].
