Dear Ms Taylor

Re: Freedom of Information Request

Thank you for your recent request, which was received by Cafcass on 28th September 2009
and passed onto myself, requesting the following:

Is CAFCASS funded by Coram Adoption Agency?

If the answer, to the above question is yes. Does this not amount to a serious and
dangerous conflict of interests in 'Best Interests of children"??

How long have CAFCASS been taking funding from a Private Adoption Agency
and for what purpose??

Whos interests are being served. Innocent falsely accused parents who lose their
children to forced adoptions, in secret family courts, or Coram who then go on to
sell these children, to the highest bidder??

The Department for Children Schools and Families sets Cafcass’ budget. More information of
how the budget is spent can be found in the Cafcass Annual Report & Accounts on the
Cafcass website:
http://www.cafcass.gov.uk/publications/reports_and_strategies.aspx

Cafcass does not ‘fund’ Coram or vice versa. The last contract Cafcass had with Coram was
for supervised/supported contact they delivered on behalf of Cafcass in 07/08.

Question 4 is not a valid request for information.

If you are unhappy with the decisions made in relation to your request, you may ask for an
