Thank you for your request for information dated 28 September 2009, relating to FOI/4432. You have requested the following information:
Please provide the dimensions of all parking bays before charging started for motorcycle parking.
In response to your request I can advise you of the following:
The dimensions for all on street parking bays are contained in the relevant Traffic Management Orders, and are available to the public through the offices of the City Council's consultants - West One. Their address has been previously provided to you in a response to FOI request 4187.
In accordance with the publication scheme, this information is exempt from the FOI Act 2000 under Section 21 - “Information accessible to the applicant by alternative means”. As a result, this letter constitutes a refusal notice under Section 17 of the Act.
