I write further to my email of the 10rth November 2009 in regards to your request for 
an Internal Review into your Freedom of Information Act request concerning 
unpublished use-of-taser statistics.  
 
I apologise for the fact that I did not provide you with an update within the original 
deadline of the 21st December 2009. This was an oversight on my behalf for which I 
apologise.  
 
I am in the process of finalising the Internal Review for your request (CR12997) and 
I hope to be able to send this to you by Friday 22nd January 2010.  I hope that this 
delay has not inconvenienced you unduly.
