Information Requested
West Dunbartonshire Council received your request for information on 21st August 2008 in relation to the following topic:
Which WDC Jobs have been allocated to Grade 6 under the proposed pay and grading structure 2007 and what were the salary scales for each of these jobs over the past 6 years?
We hold information requested by you and detail the following information to you under the terms of this Freedom of Information request:
List of all jobs allocated to Grade 6 under the new pay and grading structure with effect from March 2009, including details of current grade for each post.
This information has been disclosed in terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Documents disclosed to you may be subject to copyright laws. Reasons For Refusal
Information relating to the salary scales for each of these jobs over the past 6 years is unavailable.
In terms of section 15 (advice and assistance provision) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please find attached a copy of the SJC salary scales.
Review Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which West Dunbartonshire Council has dealt with your request, you are entitled to require the council to review its decision. Please note that in order for a review to take place, you must:
lodge a written “requirement for review” within 40 working days of the date of this notice
include your address for correspondence, a description of the original request and the reasons why you are dissatisfied
