Re: Freedom of Information Requests 4430, 4461, 4484, 4507

I am writing with regard to the above requests that you have submitted to the Council.

These requests for information will not be processed.

This is because you have submitted 10 requests in the past 60 working days for the same or similar information. We have, therefore aggregated the costs of providing you with information on previous requests with the costs of responding to the requests above and this will exceed the “appropriate limit” as stated in the Freedom of Information (Fees and Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004

It is estimated that it would cost £762.50 to comply with all 10 your requests, when they are aggregated. This falls outside of the “appropriate limit” of £450.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 17 this letter acts as a Refusal Notice.

You have the right of appeal against this decision. If you wish to appeal please set out in writing your grounds of appeal and send to the address at the top of this letter.

Should you still be dissatisfied with the outcome of any such complaint you have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner, pursuant to section 50 of the FOIA. The contact details are:
