“Please refer to http://nutsville.com/?p=642 where there are photographs of a WCC vehicle performing an illegal right turn - the No Right Turn signs are clearly visible as are large painted notices in the road.

Please advise what actions were taken against this council employee for this action.

Please also provide copies of communications sent to all council employees reminding them that they are not above the law - as I am sure a council with such a high profile as yourselves (and with such a vast number of traffic enforcement officers) would not wish to be seen to be endorsing illegal activities”

Please refer to the similar enquiry FOI4419. You have incorrectly entered this question with reference to `photos on “nutsville.com” website` as a Freedom of Information Act 2000 request; however, this is not the appropriate medium to highlight such concerns. I will now close this request with reference number FOI4419.
