Thank you for your email of 23 September 2009 which requested “details of charges made to the Isle of Man Government for work conducted by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on behalf of the Isle of Man Government in the years 2007, 2008, and 2009”.

I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this department.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, you should write to me.  You have 40 working days to do so from the date of our response.  

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the FCO.
