I write in reference to your recent request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in which you requested the following information:

Please find attached a list (in Excel format) of Liverpool City Council's owned residential properties. This includes, inter alia, all residential properties owned by the Council but which are subject to a lease to a third party, vacant residential properties pending demolition (as part of the city's various regeneration initiatives) or disposal and service and non-housing secure tenancies (i.e. park and cemetery lodge houses). Please note that the Council transferred all its remaining housing stock under a large scale voluntary transfer on 31 March 2008 and consequently has no housing stock under its ownership.
