I refer to your recent request for information regarding the impact of proposed home education legislation.
I have been in contact with all relevant members of staff and can advise that no information is held in response to your request. This issue has not been formally discussed by Members or Officers, or within any committee meetings.
The Council did respond to the Government consultation into the proposed legislation electronically. Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties at the time of sending, a copy of this information was not retained by the Council and so is not held.
I am sorry that we have no information to provide in response to your queries on this occasion.
