From the Deputy Clerk of the Council

Dear Mr Cross,

Thank you for your email of 20th September in which you request
information under the Freedom of Information Act about the last three Privy
Council Meetings and refreshments.

In respect of your requests for information numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4, I
can confirm that the Privy Council Office does not hold the information you
request.  This is because no food or drink was provided before, during or
after the three Privy Council meetings.

I can confirm that the Privy Council Office does hold information on
queries 5 and 6 of your request.  This information is exempt under Section
21 of the Freedom of Information Act, because the information is accessible
to you as it is already in the public domain.  The Privy Council Office
publishes information about each Privy Council and the list of Privy
Counsellors summoned to the meeting on its Website.  The link is
http://www.pco.gov.uk/output/Page541.asp.
