I refer to your e-mail dated 15 September 2009 and received by myself on

16 September 2009.

I am pleased to enclose the majority of the information you requested and trust that it meets your requirements. Unfortunately we are unable to provide with any accuracy the number of 3 bedroom properties within the Fife area that are under occupied. I note in your original request that you also do not wish a PDF document in relation to our Allocations Policy. Unfortunately this is the only electronic version that I have but if you would like to provide me with a full postal address, I can send you both our Transfer Policy and the Allocations Policy by first class post.

I would like to draw your attention to the copyright situation in relation to this material. The Council holds the copyright for some of the material provided and it may be reproduced free of charge in any format or media without requiring specific permission. This is subject to the material not being used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context. The source of the material must be acknowledged as Fife Council and the title of the document must be included when being reproduced as part of another publication or service.
