Regarding the delays to the launch, the contract has been awaiting signature by the successful tenderer and for them to return to the London Borough of Hackney. We received the sign contract last week and the contract has now commenced. A press release will be going out shortly.

We are intending to formally relaunch HEN once the systems are fully established. The delay is important to ensure that systems are fully established so that interested companies can get the full benefit of services as soon as they sign up.
