Thank you for your request for information that was received on 9 September 09 in
which you requested:
Please could you provide me with a list of 24 hour off licences in
the London Borough of Southwark. I am referring to premises that
are licensed to sell alcohol 24 hours a day.
The information that you requested is enclosed
We do not have a list of 24 hour off-licences, as the activity times on our data base are a
text based field and we are not able to run this as a report at the moment.
The only way to produce this as a list would be to look at each entry of premises under
the Licensing Act 2003 and note the details, however with over 1000 premises licences
this would be fairly time consuming and costly exercise. However you may find it more
economical to use the licensing online register at http://licensing.southwarksites.com/ for
premises change the "premises type" search field to "licences granted" to bring up the
list of premises and you be able to check each licence for off sales for 24 hours. I
apologise for the delay in providing you with this information.
