1.  I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that 
have been used over the past year when procuring IT hardware and the total spend 
on IT hardware during the past year.  
 
2.  Also could you break this hardware spend down to show what brand servers, 
networking and desktop hardware were purchased with a spend amount in each 
segment. 
 
3.  I would also like to request full details of the person(s) who conduct the IT 
purchasing there.

2.  Also  could  you  break  this  hardware  spend  down  to  show  what  brand  servers, 
networking  and  desktop  hardware  were  purchased  with  a  spend  amount  in  each 
segment.  
  
Due  to  the  nature  of  Hampshire  PCT’s  accounting  system  and  its  inability to  capture 
description lines of invoices the only way to break down spend is by subjective coding. As all 
hardware is coded to the same subjective code we are unable to break this down any further.    
 
In respect of brands, we predominantly buy:

PCs & Laptops: HP or Dell 
Networking Equipment: CISCO
