I write in response to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 received on the 9th September 2009.

The information that you requested is available on Westminster's public Licensing Register:

You can view there all the licensing applications received since 7th February 2005 covered by the Licensing Act 2003 including the issued licenses with the specific information regarding opening hours and selling of alcohol.

We don't maintain a separate list of 24 hour off licences.
