FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: HC/02733/08 
Your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act was received by the 
Information Compliance Unit at Hampshire Constabulary on 14th August 2008.  I note you seek 
access to the following information: 
 
•  Please provide the total number of people who have been caught speeding 
through the climbing lane road works between junctions 11 and 12 on the M27 
for the full duration that the cameras were in place? 
 
Please break these numbers down into those who have been travelling between 
60 and 70 mph, 70 and 80 mph, 80 and 90 mph and those travelling in excess of 
90mph. 
 
Your request will now be considered in accordance with the legislation and you will receive a 
response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the provisions of the Act.  
In the unlikely event that Hampshire Constabulary is unable to meet the 20 working day 
deadline, you will be informed as soon as possible and given a revised time-scale for 
response. 
 
If your request requires either full or partial transference to another public authority, you will be 
informed.
