``In FOI number 4148 (being an extension to FOI 3933), you advised that 13 Conservative Councillors have purchased a resident parking permit.
I can therefore assume that 18 Conservative Councillors may have a free official parking permit and have not purchased a resident parking permit to park their car, outside their official working hours?
Can you please advise the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) that may have been issued to these 18 Conservative Councillors since 1st January 2009 for failing to show/hold a resident parking permit that entitles them to park their car in the streets of Westminster, outside their official working hours? Of the total number of PCNs issued to them, please advise how many have been paid and how many have been cancelled?''
In response to your request I can advise you of the following:
No PCNs have been issued to Conservative Councillors' vehicles since 1 January 2009 for `failing to show/ hold a resident parking permit outside hours of official duties', as none were found to be in contravention.
